Our agency fees are included in the advertised price (AFI). The scale below shows the maximum fee applied according to the sale price of the property. Price including VAT.

What we collect
The details you enter in a form: your name, email address, telephone number if you give it, country of residence, the town or village concerned, the type of property and budget where relevant, and your message. We also record which request type and page the message came from, so it reaches the right person.
Why we use it, and on what basis
To answer your request for a valuation, a property search, a relocation consultation or a business enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before sending the form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services. We never sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a service are kept for 24 months from our last contact, then deleted. Where a sale or relocation file is opened, we keep the information for as long as the legal, accounting and professional obligations require it.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to answer you: our team, and where necessary the trusted partners (notaires, accountants, insurers, artisans) you ask us to involve. Our service providers (hosting and email) process data on our instructions.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
